CropStop is looking for 2 committed team members to bring inspiration and creativity to our site through card and layout projects.

The Creative Team call is open to all. We welcome international submissions.
The Creative Team term is February 1, 2012 - August 1, 2012
Deadline for submission is December 31, 2011

Send a total of 3 projects that best display your crafting style.

We reserve the right to share your submissions in our Crop Stop Gallery even if your are not invited to join our Creative Team. Please be sure you are sending projects that you are willing to share with others.

As a Crop Stop Creative Team member you will be responsible for creating 4-5 projects every other month for use in our CropStop Challenge Blog. (Subject to change depending on number of members)

Submit all work on time to be used on the Crop Stop Sketch Challenge Blog and participate on the blog as required.

Post projects on your personal blog and link products used from the Crop Stop Store.

Work with other Creative Team Members to help promote the Crop Stop Store.

Register on the Crop Stop Forum (to be used for Creative Team communication)

You may be asked to send in physical projects for use in our exhibition booths.

Creative Team Members will receive a fantastic discount as compensation along with occasional free product to be used on projects.

Tim Holtz Day 5 of the 12 tags of Christmas ATC style

Gloria at www.cropstop.com had this ATC challenge this month. Create an ATC using one of Tim Holtz's style of his 12 tags of Christmas. We could use any year of his tags. I decided I would use his Day 5 tag he posted today. So here is my take on his tag. Great Challenge Glo and fantastic tag Tim.

Embossed Tag

Today was my day to post an embossed project at www.cropstop.com
I decided to use a cuttlebug embossed folder fall words.... The tag is Tim Holtz tag die ( I am in love with this die)
I used distressed inks to hi-light the wording. A found image on the internet and to that image I added some pearls, crystals and grungeboard wings. The wings I covered in distressed paint ( rock candy)

There really is a Lisa but she is a little girl. Patty owns Lisa's alterd art and Lisa is her daughter. I have never met Patty, Lisa or anyone else there. Believe it or not I am not even on her design team. I just know value and good business when I see it and trust me Patty is all the above.

I took and made this ATC and the atc will fold up since I used brads to attach the arms, legs etc. I can simply fold it all up and mail out.

My goodies from cropstop

okay so I took these pictures in the bathroom..lol I didn't have time to pull out the fancy smancy camera or photo box rick made for me....
Rick and I have this good thing going on....it is called mad money. Each month we both add some made money to our paypal accounts. Of course he buys fishing stuff and I buy art stuff. Tim Holtz came out with an entire new line of alcohol inks and of course reinkers for his distress pads. I have ordered every single reinker and package of alcohol inks this is just a picture of the first shipment. Haylie jo has all of them so head over for a great deal.
And then of course I had to have all of Tim's new stamps on the right and his old faithful on the left. I will be busy creating this weekend. Leave a comment with your blog addy so I can come visit you to see what you create this weekend.

Tim Holtz Altered Spice Rack

I took a spice rack that I purchased at TJMaxx and altered it for my Tim Holtz Idea-ology items. It just seemed like that tackle box wasn't good enough for my Tim Holtz items.
If you want directions on how to do this just let me know and I will be happy to send them to you. I so love this spice rack.
