Tim Holtz Day 5 of the 12 tags of Christmas ATC style

Gloria at www.cropstop.com had this ATC challenge this month. Create an ATC using one of Tim Holtz's style of his 12 tags of Christmas. We could use any year of his tags. I decided I would use his Day 5 tag he posted today. So here is my take on his tag. Great Challenge Glo and fantastic tag Tim.

Embossed Tag

Today was my day to post an embossed project at www.cropstop.com
I decided to use a cuttlebug embossed folder fall words.... The tag is Tim Holtz tag die ( I am in love with this die)
I used distressed inks to hi-light the wording. A found image on the internet and to that image I added some pearls, crystals and grungeboard wings. The wings I covered in distressed paint ( rock candy)

My goodies from cropstop

okay so I took these pictures in the bathroom..lol I didn't have time to pull out the fancy smancy camera or photo box rick made for me....
Rick and I have this good thing going on....it is called mad money. Each month we both add some made money to our paypal accounts. Of course he buys fishing stuff and I buy art stuff. Tim Holtz came out with an entire new line of alcohol inks and of course reinkers for his distress pads. I have ordered every single reinker and package of alcohol inks this is just a picture of the first shipment. Haylie jo has all of them so head over for a great deal.

Three tags of Christmas with more to come

In honor of Tim Holtz and his 12 tags of Christmas. I decided to make my own gift tags this year for Rick's presents. I still need to make a few more but for today this is what I got done. I found some really cool moose gift wrap paper and knew I had to do a lodge feeling tag.

Okay this one I used Tim Holtz masks, Stampin Up stamp set, http://www.cropstop.com/ dew dros, K and Company chipboard tags, and http://www.cropstop.com/ Tim Holtz vintage stickles. Oh and http://www.cropstop.com/ Distressed inks by Tim Holtz.

This one I used the Distressed inks, rubberstamp, Grungeboard, vintage stickles all by Tim Holtz. Dew Drops from http://www.cropstop.com/ and paperclip ( who knows)

This one I used Distressed inks by Tim Holtz, Stampin up stamp set, Dew drops, chipboard from above, Masks and a inkadinkadoo rubber stamp.

I think Rick likes them and yes I plan on using them next year too.. lol

Tim Holtz Altered Spice Rack

I took a spice rack that I purchased at TJMaxx and altered it for my Tim Holtz Idea-ology items. It just seemed like that tackle box wasn't good enough for my Tim Holtz items.
If you want directions on how to do this just let me know and I will be happy to send them to you. I so love this spice rack.
