Can I just say how much I love Bulova? What fantastic Customer Service they have. I had a watch that Rick bought me as a wedding gift and the band broke. They no longer make this beautiful tri color watch. He ended up buying me a new one from bulova and I wear that but for some reason the one that he bought for a wedding gift well, I wanted that one to wear all the time.
So, I took a chance and wrote a letter explaining my situation. Wrote on the outside of the envelope to the CEO of Bulova or the nicest person at Bulova.
Well, two weeks later a little box appeared at my door and guess what was inside it? MY WATCH TOTALLY repaired. No note, no nothing so I don't know who to thank.
However, if anyone from Bulova ever shows up here by googling Bulova I just want to say
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
