This week's challenge over at www.Cropstop.blogspot.com

Around here in the US we are having great Summer weather but a tad too windy.  Since you must have wind to fly your kite, we challenge you to create a project that includes a kite in some shape or form!  Have fun picking your kite colors and designing your tails.

Remember to look for our guidelines to ensure your project is being considered for the weekly prize.

Now let's see how our ladies fly their kites!

A birthday card for my Sister in law

This year I wanted to make my sister in law's birthday card so here it is
I used a beautiful ribbon that had flowers embossed on it
this is a flower I made using both Tim Holtz tattered flower die as well as memory box's posie die and his summer distressed ink pads
I also used some quilled leaves
 I hope she likes it

A new found stamp company for me.....

While surfing the internet I found this stamp company www.simplybstamps.net
I love the quirky stamps she has.  She also has some digi stamps as well.
I made this for an upcoming tumbler exchange
Still trying my hand at using Copic Markers

My tumbler exchange partner is Robin....

My submission to CropStop's Weekly challenge

The flowers above are made by using a memory box die.

CropStop Challenge this week

When thinking for this week's challenge I thought how every time I want to challenge myself I do a monochromatic card.  This week we are challenging you to make a monochromatic project, which means a project where you use just ONE color (as many shades of it as you wish) and neutrals (black, white, grey, brown or cream).  I think most monochromatic projects are just simple and elegant.  Show us your projects this week and just in case you need some inspiration the team has put together some breath taking samples.

Remember to check our rules to ensure your project is eligible to win this week.
