Mayzy Art Challenge Submission

I am submitting this to Mayzy Challenge Blog
 The theme is Music so my inspiration is Luck of the Draw by Bonnie Raitt
 I bought a shamrock Balloon holder from the dollar store and used that to hold the tag;']
