Another Sherri Baldy image

This one is called Happy Birthday Mr. President I love it too stinking cute

 What I did was double emboss the paper as you see at the top it is flight of fancy and at the bottom is a row of hearts

 this is a poem that goes with another image but I thought it was so cute I would use it here

I colored her in with copics and sharpie pro markers

a little bit of letters and some ribbon and rub ons the rest is .......
