when I saw the canvas, I just felt -- like myself, peeking out the kitchen window on a group of little girls in dress-up clothes, out on the lawn, having a tea party, jumping up to chase a butterfly, bending down to pick a wild flower, giggling, running in through the screen door for more lemonade or to have me retie the bow on their straw hat. god. The sweetness of it!
