My life as a fairy

Just look at these pictures.......... THEY ARE ME

My life as a fairy with my wings, crown, and magic wand.
Thank you so much Patty Now everyone go to http://www.lisasalteredart.com/index.htm
and buy her great stuff and remember she does custom orders. Take that photo of your little one or even you and have it turned into a fairy. NO little ones??? not a problem she has hundreds of fun collage elements for you to pick.

So, first things first. Major Kudos go to this amazing woman named Patty at http://www.lisasalteredart.com/index.htm

She can make any picture into a fairy and the cost well, let's just say A CUP of COFEE from STARBUCKS now who can't afford that?????

She took two baby pictures the only pictures I have of me as a child and made them into fairys. I totally love these.

Ruth Chris fried potatoes she calls them something fancy like lyonaise potatoes
http://www.ruthschris.com/Menu/Salads-and-Sides

and last but not least...... peanut butter fudge any kind just NO NUTS in my fudge..lol

okay so now it is your turn. post away

Ped Egg is it worth the money

I would have to say yes and no. If you can find it on ebay for 2.99 with free shipping then yes. However, if you pay more than that then no. I found it on ebay for $7.15 and it included shipping. Got it today and while yes it does take the callouses off your heels the blades are now dull and won't do anymore. So for a use one time throw away mini pedi then go for it. But if you are looking for something that will work several times then SAVE your money.
That is my public service announcement for the day.

All three dresses for AAWA mingle

This dress was made with basic grey stamps and wings from http://www.dozibaer.com/ and beaded trim as well as I used some bella baubles from http://www.stampingbella.com/ on the top of her dress. And this one was made with petaloo floral embellish and some jewelry findings. I used stamps from basic gray as well as from purple onion designs for the art definition stamp. I also used the same wings as above. She has some awesome wings check it out and they are free!
Here is a picture of all three. The one on the right I used polymer clay and made the wings. Cassie came up with a great idea to wrap the hanger and I am going to do just that. Thanks cassie. I used Bella baubles and beaded trim on that one. The same stamp that I used above from purple onion http://www.purpleoniondesigns.com/4Seasons.html

Hope you all like them

April in Paris or Honeymoon in Paris you pick

This is Ulysses and Elizabeth. They were married in Paris on April 24th, 1882. Elizabeth had loved the older Ulysses from the time she was a young girl. Ulysses was the attorney for her father the shipping magnet Sir Allister Hammond. Elizabeth is also my great great make believe Grandmother and Ulysses my great great make believe Grandfather. I can only imagine the life they must have led in the city of love and lights. I would love to follow their footsteps with my wonderful husband. To visit the church they were married in to walk through the home they made.
The bottom you will see Elizabeth this picture was taken after the death of Ulysses.
And now the photo of Ulysses. It is a tag that hangs down and turns around. I will be posting pictures of my father's family you see they were from Italy. I hope to have that one done soon. Before long I hope to have the real photos of my true grandparents printed so I can do a canvas in homage to them. But for now we shall pretend and enjoy Elizabeth and Ulysses.

collage sheets are from here http://www.digitalcollagesheets.com/
